Amanah (امانہ) means keeping something safe on someone's behalf — with full trust. When you use Zimma, your money is held as Amanah. It stays locked and protected until you confirm you received what you paid for. Think of it like a trusted friend holding your money — except it's a registered Pakistani company with a secure bank account doing it.

Yes. Your money is held as Amanah in a separate, secure bank account — completely apart from Zimma's own money. It can only be released when you approve it or when a dispute is resolved. We cannot touch your money for any other reason.

Raise a dispute in the app. Zimma will review the evidence from both sides and make a fair decision. If you're right, your Amanah comes back to you.

Sellers are protected too. If a buyer doesn't respond after delivery, Zimma automatically releases the Amanah to you after 7 days. We don't let buyers hold your money hostage.

You'll need your CNIC and a selfie. Our app uses your phone's camera to match your face with your CNIC photo. It takes about 2 minutes.
