Amanah is the traditional concept of sacred trust and safekeeping. In the Zimma app, your funds are safely locked in a designated neutral escrow bank account. The money is never handed to the seller until you inspect the delivered item and confirm that you received exactly what you paid for.
Yes, completely safe. Zimma Solutions (Private) Limited is officially incorporated under the Companies Act 2017 with the Securities and Exchange Commission of Pakistan (SECP Inc. No: 0331469). Funds are held in dedicated escrow accounts maintained with United Bank Limited (UBL) and cannot be touched by either party until terms are satisfied.
If the item delivered to your doorstep is wrong, counterfeit, or damaged, you simply decline the release and tap "Raise Dispute" in the app. Your money stays locked securely in Amanah. Our resolution team will review the photos and courier delivery evidence and issue a full refund to your account.
Sellers are equally protected on Zimma! When you dispatch the package with valid courier tracking or receipt proof, our dispute desk automatically validates successful delivery. If a buyer becomes unresponsive or refuses to confirm without valid cause, the system automatically disburses your payout after the inspection window.
